1. How long does shipping take for my order?

We ship with DHL Germany. The standard delivery time is 3-5 business days within Germany.
Note: Due to high demand for our product Paws® 2in1 Car Seat & Bed , the delivery time for all colors in size L is currently up to 20 business days. Regular delivery times are expected again from July 1st.

2. How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a DHL tracking link. This allows you to track the status of your delivery at any time.

3. What are the shipping costs?

Shipping costs within Germany are a flat rate of €3.95.

4. What payment methods are available?

You can pay securely and conveniently using the following methods:

  • Klarna (invoice or instant payment)

  • Visa, MasterCard, American Express

  • Google Pay
    We do not offer cash on delivery, advance payment, or classic bank transfers.

5. How can I cancel or change my order?

As long as your order has not yet been shipped, you can send us an email at help@pfotenundnasen.de . We will check if a cancellation or change is still possible.

6. What do I do if an item is damaged or faulty?

Please contact our customer service within 7 days of receipt with photos of the damage. We will offer either a replacement or a refund – hassle-free.

7. How do returns work?

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt. Please send us an email with your return request in advance. Further details can be found in our cancellation policy.
