Right of Withdrawal & Returns

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 30 days without giving any reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please send us a clear statement (e.g., by email or letter) informing us of your decision to withdraw from the contract. You can use the sample withdrawal form below, but it is not mandatory.

How Refunds Work

After we receive and inspect the return, we will refund all payments – minus any fees depending on the condition of the goods. The refund will be made no later than within 14 days to the same payment method you used for the original order (unless expressly agreed otherwise).

    • 20% of the purchase price as a restocking fee

  • Returns are possible within 30 days of receiving the goods.

  • Please ensure secure packaging when returning items.

  • You will receive a confirmation once your return has been processed.
